About Me

 I fell in love with Japanese paper cutting as a shy Foundation art student in 1973 and I have developed my slant on this technique over the years to suit my hand-grip.
All of my subjects have a story behind them.
A thread of Japanese studies and their rich colours intertwines with my own awareness of shape and shadow gathered from nature.
